The Perfect Get Away For Rose

Rose had been in a bad mood recently. She and Emmett had had another row. She knew he was right, he always was. But she was just too hot headed and stubborn to admit it. The row of course was about what it is always about. She just needed to get away. Her secret place. As she twisted and winded down a mind boggling route, she got her usual glances from passersby of utter disbelief that she looked the way she did. After the initial shock, those of the different genders gave her contrasting. Males gave her admiring looks and females; well you can properly guess that they were not the nicest of glares. Usually this would had warmed her up and given her a dose of happiness but today it did not work that way. In fact it made her feel even colder, like someone had just pored liquid nitrogen all over her body. It made her remember. NO. She mustn’t think of it. Too slow, the past already had its deathly grip on her and was pulling her down. NO. She fought with all she had not to go there. It was always there. The worst place she could think of. The place of her nightmare, well that is metaphorically speaking. Then she stopped. She thought she had escaped until…there she was smiling and laughing. This was before it all went wrong. Why here? Why me? Just why? These went through her head every time. There she was. Perfect is one of the words that were used to describe her by on lookers. She didn’t have the hard or bitter edge that she has now. She was the girls with the perfect smile, the sparkle in her eye that could captivate people with one glance, the girls with the golden silk as hair. She had had everything she wanted but one. A baby. She wanted one so bad. Her friend had a beautiful angel and a loving husband who would have done anything for his family. Oh well she was about to get her dream soon as well. She was getting married to who she thought was her soul mate. Of course she knew better now, after meeting Emmett. She was so young and free back then. She watched with silent dread as the scene unfolded right before her eyes. It was a late night and she was just going home when she saw him and he saw her, that’s when the earth spun on its axis…. Suddenly she found the strength and ripped herself from the torture.
While Rose had been in her own little world, she had not noticed that she had finally arrived at her place. It was so beautiful, all she could do for a while was stand there and get her breath.

She loved it here. It soothed her when she was especially emotional. She was always worried that someone (Edward or Alice) would find it. They couldn't, they were both so caught up in Bella. Her blood started to boil again just thinking of the name. Why did Bella want to become a monster and not be abe to have children or grow old with someone she loved? Bella was making a mistake becoming one of us! Rose exclaimed to herself. Although she would never admit to anyone else, Rose did think that Jacob was better for Bella in some ways. Like Bella could have the life that Rose had always wanted with Jacob and she wouldn't have to change at all. Bella could have children, grow old and die peacefully with him. However with Edward she could either grow old with out him and die alone or become a vampire and never age or have a genetic family with him. Rose would change back if she could no matter what!
